We proudly served a total of 966 Veterans, providing them with essential support and resources to secure stable housing and improve their quality of life.

Recognizing the unique challenges faced by veterans with a history of incarceration, we identified that approximately 37% of those we served had been incarcerated at some point in their lives, and about 12% were exiting incarceration. Our tailored programs and services played a crucial role in their reintegration into society.

A key component of our success was the establishment and maintenance of robust relationships with landlords. We cultivated partnerships with over 750 landlords, ensuring a diverse and reliable network of housing options for veterans in need

Our commitment to efficiency and effectiveness is reflected in our ability to secure permanent housing for Veterans in an average of just 37 days. This swift action minimized the time Veterans spent in temporary or unstable housing situations.

Ensuring the long-term well-being of our Veterans, 850 veterans exited our program with health insurance coverage. This crucial support enhanced their access to healthcare services, contributing to their overall stability and health.
